How can I pay for my order?

When purchasing online you can pay using a variety of payment hosts including Paypal, Applepay, Googlepay, Klarna, or any valid credit or debit card. Please see individual host's 'use of' terms and conditions.

 

What does The Handmade Elephant stock?

We offer a wider range of products including fabric, wool, patterns, craft tools and accessories and haberdashery. Please note stock online may vary to what is in store and we cannot guarantee to have all products to hand should you take a trip to visit us. If you are after something specific please give us a call beforehand.

What if I see something online but can't find it in store?

Our website and shop does vary slightly in stock. We try to get all the items online and in store at the same time but as we are a small team this may not always be possible. If you find something online but can not find it when you visit us, it may be in our stock room and not yet made it to the shop floor....or visa versa...new items may not have made it online yet. Let us know and we will be more than happy to fetch it out for you to take a look at....Or if you find yourself thinking about something you didn't buy, let us know and we can post it out to you. Please bare in mind online and in store prices may vary.
